NME Awards 2016, End Of The Road & Glastonbury Festival Win

Last night (February 17th) saw NME’s Awards winners announced at 02’s Academy Brixton, hosted by Huw Stephens (Radio 1).

Celebrating the finest music of the day, Coldplay, who closed the ceremony with a performance received the Godlike Genius Award, Best British Band went to The Maccabees, Best new Artist went to Rat Boy and Best International Solo Artist was scooped up by Taylor Swift.

But most importantly we’re interested in the festival side of things, and of course… Glastonbury won Best Festival and the Best Small Festival went to End Of The Road.
